Students do not have to be related to qualify for the multi-child
discount but they must be registered at the same time.
Discount also applies to one child registering for more than one week.

PERMISSION  FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
From time to time during TSS Youth Sailing’s activities, we take photos or videos of
students, other sailors and participants. We would like your permission to use these on
our website, in publications, or other media or purposes in connection with our outreach,
publicity, public relations and fundraising efforts.
Sometimes these photos and videos are distant shots and sometimes, close-ups. We
will not identify your child by last name or provide any specific information regarding
your child.
You will not receive any notice or compensation for the use of the photos or videos.
Please note that TSS Youth Sailing cannot control all photography or videography of
our events and we cannot control all uses of children’s photos or videos. Photos,
videos and descriptions may become available for download and distribution via the
Internet.
Please let us know your preferences regarding photography.

In consideration of participating in the T.S.S. Youth Sailing Inc. Program and being aware of the risk of active sports, I agree to indemnify and hold
harmless TSS Youth Sailing Inc. Program and its officers,management,directors,employees and volunteers from any actions,expenses, or liabilities
which may directly or indirectly arise from my participation or my child's participation in the sailing program,including but not limited to the use of
craft, on shore or off,and all facilities and equipment, including any hoists, ramps, trailers or other means of launching craft. A $15 per 1/2 hour
aftercare fee will be charged after 4pm.
